Get misled by the Promise of Big Bucks?

Two weeks after the end of World Internet Submit 2008 Auckland, when passion cools down, replaced with some degree of rational thinking; it’s time to analyze the specific strategy for venturing into the Internet Market. There are many people that have an internet business but they don’t know enough about internet marketing strategies to be able to advertise their business. You can easily learn what you need to know if you are willing to let yourself be taught. All it takes to learn is research and time. However don’t get misled by the Promise of Big Bucks. In this business that we’re in we are tempted everyday by a swathe of products and services all designed to help us make money online in some way. There is something for everyone from the individual to the small publisher to the ambitious Internet entrepreneur. However what annoys me is the big promises of earnings and there are chances for lots of deception behind the scene, and those little dirty secrets have not been put upfront.

This is where I see a lot of big promises being made and where people get suckered into paying a lot of money on the promise of being able to make it all back and lots more of course! You see many people putting up screenshots of ClickBank accounts, photographs of cheques and many many more. This is to establish their credibility to prove it in front of you.

However Earning is not Equal to Profit

One big thing that people fail to mention is the amount of expenses. Profit is the amount of money left over after all the expenses have been taken out from the income. This can make a huge difference. Internet businesses tend to fare better in terms of profit margins than traditional bricks & mortar businesses but still many of the big Internet personalities have a lot of expenses.

I won’t call this a scam, it’s rather hash to say so - its more of a mild deception than a scam. Still, if exaggerated claims of earnings make you take out your wallet or sign up for something then its still somewhat deceptive.

Reality Check for Online Business

You can’t simply expect the traffic and money to roll in once you have just committed yourself (pay money J) to a specific service or product. It takes time and effort! And it’s hard! You need a sound strategy to get yourself into the momentum and at the same time giving yourself a reality check. You are not going to become a millionaire tomorrow regardless how much money you spent on those big products, and you also need an attitude towards this Internet Marketing Business. It’s about how you live up this business life online.
